Job Summary
Position is responsible for managing an administrative function of a department or general office.
Responsibilities include checking inventory and stocking supplies, ordering catering, processing vendor requests, maintaining records, filing documents, preparing meeting minutes, entering contacts for the weekly newsletter, providing consistent administrative and operational support, performing various administrative tasks, assisting the marketing director, and maintaining the front desk schedule.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
