Job Summary
Provide leadership to the team through claims assessment process and ensure that the team deliver prudent and equitable claims decision within expected service agreement level (SLA).
Build & continuous monitoring Operating Manual, Internal guideline, to build the claim process is more efficiency and perfect.
Participate in projects related to claim transformation, claim automation, and enhancing the claim system to align with the claim strategy and improve customer experience.
