Job Summary

  • Supports the Strategy and Customer Segments Head in planning, leading, organizing, controlling direction, and implementing strategies & initiatives to acquire new customers, improve bank partner penetration & customer persistency, and maximize the customer lifetime value of the high value segment portfolio.
  • Collaborates and aligns with Strategy Manager, Segments Analyst, Market Researcher, Bank Segment Partners, and Sales Distribution on long-term market trends, projections opportunities, threats and present segment insights and recommended actions.
