Job Summary
This role is a key member of the Cybersecurity task force for the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, ensuring safety and compliance with local laws.
The engineer will perform field verification of cyber assets, coordinate with engineering teams, and validate security controls before system energization.
The position requires working on-site in Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia, on an 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF rotation schedule.

10-15 years OT experience
3+ years ICS cybersecurity design
Saudi HCIS NCA CRA compliance
ISA 62443 industry standards
SCADA DCS PLC protocol knowledge
Firewall IDS endpoint hardening
FAT SAT CSAT procedure execution
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills
Microsoft Office advanced skills
Cross-functional team coordination
Lessons learned reporting
Vendor site visit support
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 to 15 years OT experience
At least 3 years focused on ICS cybersecurity
Project implementation experience with Saudi cyber standards
