Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in facility management
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent
Proven record of excellent customer service
Demonstrated experience managing staff
Experience managing vendor relationships
Track record of successful budget management
Certified Facility Manager (CFM), FMP, or SFM designations a plus
