  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success in retail sales management
  • Problem solving skills for customer complaints
  • Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, merchandising
  • Assist customers for personal sales and complaints
  • Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid automobile driver's license
  • 2 year college degree or equivalent (Preferred)
