  • Manage end‑to‑end employee relations cases and deliver pragmatic, high‑quality advice that supports leaders to navigate people matters with confidence.
  • Partner closely with the wider people team and leaders to resolve employment relations matters, interpret policies and industrial instruments, and coach leaders through people processes.
