Job Summary

  • This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing and benefits administration across Rithum's international entities in Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.
  • The specialist will serve as a regional subject matter expert collaborating with People Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Statutory filings HMRC Seguridad Social PRSA Superannuation
  • Experience with CloudPay or similar payroll platforms
  • Benefits administration including health pension and life insurance
  • Payroll audits reconciliations and compliance reporting

Nice-to-have

  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Experience supporting benefits program renewals internationally

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years international payroll and/or benefits administration experience
  • Direct hands-on experience in at least two of: Spain, UK, Ireland, or Australia
  • Working knowledge of statutory payroll requirements across EMEA and/or APAC markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret payroll data
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
