Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care facility
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification required
  • PCC knowledge preferred
  • Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
