Base: $117,000 - $175,400 USD (Atlanta); Base: $111,000 - $197,300 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described as linked

Must-have
Workday Grants Management expertise
4+ years grants or financial consulting experience
Higher Education operational experience
Full-cycle software implementation experience
Data conversion and integration support
Nice-to-have
Experience with Lawson, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft
Knowledge of research or clinical trial solutions
Ability to navigate shared governance structures

Key Requirements
4+ years Grants/Financial consulting OR Higher Ed operational experience
6+ years for Principal level (P5) requirement
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
At least 2 full-cycle implementations in Higher Education
Understanding of government funded grant reporting and compliance
