The position offers a competitive base pay range of $131,000 to $153,000 USD along with an annual incentive reference value of 15%.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10 years product development experience
Bachelor's or Master's in Food Science
Strong knowledge of protein and dairy space
Experience with sensory and analytical testing
Ability to lead scale-up for market production
Nice-to-have
Fluency in regional languages
Experience with digital tools and data interpretation
Cross-functional influence and collaboration skills

Key Requirements
8-10 years in beverage/food product development
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Chemical Engineering
