Job Summary

  • Provides mental health therapy services to clients in a behavioral health agency setting, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and improve overall well-being.
  • Assists in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives, and accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, and diagnosis.
  • Coordinates client care with other service providers and community resources to assure continuity of care and completes clinical charting and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards.
