Job Summary

• The Events Specialist supports the U.S. events team and is responsible for the coordination and execution of national corporate events, sponsorships, virtual webinars/conferences, and podcasts.
• In this role, you will organize and manage program agendas at conferences, partner with national departments, and manage the logistics and execution of all sponsorship deliverables.

$66,610 - $85,000 USD; Eligible for annual bonus; Employer subsidized medical benefits, 401k with match, 10 days sick leave, 15+ days vacation, 10 holidays, 2 personal days, 12 weeks paid parental leave

• 3+ years experience in event coordination
• Bachelor's degree
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
