Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, quality assurance, and staff development to maintain a well-educated nursing department.
The role requires providing direct nursing care, managing personnel functions, ensuring safety and sanitation, and participating in care planning and budget functions.
