Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years Agile and Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
  • Fluent spoken and written English for US stakeholders

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with RPA implementations like UiPath or Blue Prism
  • Background in Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI tools

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Industry-recognized Agile and/or Project Management qualifications preferred
  • Solid grasp of ASDLC processes and core principles
