Must-have

  • Progressive Care Unit experience
  • patient assessment and planning
  • nursing care implementation
  • documentation in patient record
  • patient and family response evaluation

Nice-to-have

  • shared leadership participation

Key Requirements

  • minimum 18 months RN work experience
  • minimum 12 months PCU experience
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • current RN license in state of practice
