Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
The role requires performing all sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins.
In addition to base salary, this onsite property position may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs based on performance.

Must-have
1-2 years of leasing experience
Exceptional sales and property management skills
Weekend availability required 9am-6pm
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
Nice-to-have
Experience with RealPage software preferred
Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi platforms
Familiarity with internet marketing tools like Craigslist
Experience with resident referral programs
