Key Requirements

  • Minimum of Eight (8) years commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing
  • Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers, ammonia/hydrocarbon systems
  • Maintain ammonia and hydrocarbon safety training certification
  • Mechanical shaft alignment and vibration equipment usage
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state/local licensing
  • Valid driver's license
