The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, recording vital signs, monitoring for skin breakdown, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Administer treatments per care plan
Record vital signs and intake/output
Assist with bathing and dressing residents
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Strong communication with nursing team
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Experience with restorative procedures
Proactive problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
