  • As a key leader within Intel's Business HR organization, the VP, HR for Foundry will shape and execute the people strategy that supports largescale manufacturing expansion, technology leadership, operational excellence, and long-term workforce sustainability.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $999.00-$999,999.00; Bonus/Equity: stock bonuses; Benefits: health, retirement, and vacation

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience
  • BS Degree
  • Extensive senior HR leadership experience
  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor

  • Demonstrated success leading organizational design
  • Experience building and leading high performing HR leadership teams
