Job Summary

  • Professionally achieve regional business objectives and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), field strategy plan, and regional plan in accordance with company policies and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis of the market and develop regional business plans, coaching and supporting medical representatives in the implementation of their business plans to ensure effective achievement of goals.
  • Discover any team vacancies and promptly recruit qualified new employees to fill vacancies in accordance with company recruitment regulations and business capability models.
