This leader will build, shape, and elevate a downstream marketing organization, strengthening fundamentals while modernizing capabilities, requiring a hands-on people leader who can assess the current team, clarify roles and expectations, and raise creative and execution standards.
The role requires strong competencies in analytics, customer centricity, and a data-driven approach, partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Education, and working extensively with external agencies to deliver differentiated, high-impact marketing.
