Salary
Base: $120,000 - $160,000 CAD; Bonus: Discretionary variable compensation award based on performance; Benefits: Health, well-being, savings, retirement, paid time off, and banking discounts
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience in data architecture
Translate business strategy into data architecture
Define and govern data models and domains
Deep understanding of modern cloud data platforms
Experience with data governance and regulatory alignment
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Financial services experience preferred
Experience with AI/ML use cases
Knowledge of Data as a Product concepts
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in data architecture or related roles
Proven ability to translate complex business strategy into enterprise-scale data architectures
Strong experience with data modeling, semantic layers, and metadata management
Experience supporting enterprise data transformations and regulatory initiatives
