Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years progressive engineering experience
Trade qualified electrician or Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience with 6-Sigma methodologies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Black belt certification in 6-Sigma
PMP certification
Positive can-do attitude
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Strong written and oral communication skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
Trade qualified electrician OR Bachelor's degree in engineering
Green belt certification in 6-Sigma (Black belt preferred)
