Job Summary

  • The Ethical Sales Director shall lead the HCP salesforce and will be responsible for driving strategy and executional excellence for total ANI portfolio.
  • He/She is responsible in developing the strategic blueprint to ensure that the organization has the needed strategies, tactical plans, support infrastructure and personnel to achieve its strategic revenue, market growth goals and market share objectives.
  • Lead and create a culture of collaboration between Sales and with other cross-functional corporate functions – Marketing, Trade Sales, Finance, OEC, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Human Resources, etc.
