Job Summary

  • Serve as an advanced technical support team member, taking ownership of advanced support, escalations, and implementations for our diverse range of retail and site systems.
  • Maintain and monitor store technology infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity and performance of LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Contribute to managing small projects, from critical problem solutions to the implementation of new retail technology solutions (POS, IoT, mobile, CCTV, Windows endpoints).
