Serve as an advanced technical support team member, taking ownership of advanced support, escalations, and implementations for our diverse range of retail and site systems.
Maintain and monitor store technology infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity and performance of LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks.
Contribute to managing small projects, from critical problem solutions to the implementation of new retail technology solutions (POS, IoT, mobile, CCTV, Windows endpoints).
