Job Summary

  • Develop and provide training, continually enhance program quality, and ensure seamless operations and service excellence, empowering pilots, aircrew, and mission-critical teams to excel when it matters most.
  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on and classroom instruction on the MQ-9B SkyGuardian RPAS to Royal Canadian Airforce (RCAF) personnel consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the approved training plan(s), per applicable training standards.

Key Requirements

  • Transport Canada approved Aviation Technician Diploma
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License
  • 2 years aircraft maintenance instructional experience
  • 5 years aircraft maintenance experience
  • Proven team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Controlled Goods Clearance
  • NATO secret security clearance
