Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for the quality execution and delivery of advanced training programs to distribution channels within the VisMin region.
  • Trainers will coordinate with Instructional Design and Agency Management to evaluate and roll out external training programs for advisors.
  • Candidates must be able to lead exclusive programs such as MDRT & Macaulay initiatives while managing training logistics and budgets.
