You will oversee local learning activities for the city's flagship and seasonal boutiques, developing the expertise of Fashion Advisors to exceed client expectations.
You will plan and deliver face-to-face and digital training, reinforcing the CHANEL difference and communicating the brand’s vision, adapting programs to local client needs.
You will collaborate with Regional and Boutique Management to define learning plans, organize calendars, and report on activity, developing KPIs to measure effectiveness.
