This position requires ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines while maintaining adequate stock levels of staple and non-staple food supplies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Two years direct dietary experience
Current state certification in Dietary Management
Knowledge of state and federal guidelines
Inventory control and purchasing procedures
Infection prevention monitoring standards
Nice-to-have
Supervisory experience preferred
Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
Critical thinking and problem solving
Effective written and verbal communication
Proficiency with general computer skills
Key Requirements
Two years' direct dietary experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility
Current state certification in Dietary Management (required in KS, TX)
Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
