Job Summary

  • The Dietary Manager is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Food Service Department including planning, developing, organizing, and evaluating all aspects of food preparation and service.
  • This position requires ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines while maintaining adequate stock levels of staple and non-staple food supplies.
