Job Summary
Provide specialist veterinary expertise on the companion animal portfolio, supporting customers who contact the UK Vet Support team by phone, online form and email.
Handle and document technical queries and complaints in MAXX, working closely with Pharmacovigilance for adverse events and product quality complaints.
Analyse enquiry and case trends and share insights with Technical Strategic Leads, the Lead Field VA, Marketing and the National Sales Manager (NSM) to inform strategy, materials and communications.
