Job Summary

  • Provide specialist veterinary expertise on the companion animal portfolio, supporting customers who contact the UK Vet Support team by phone, online form and email.
  • Handle and document technical queries and complaints in MAXX, working closely with Pharmacovigilance for adverse events and product quality complaints.
  • Analyse enquiry and case trends and share insights with Technical Strategic Leads, the Lead Field VA, Marketing and the National Sales Manager (NSM) to inform strategy, materials and communications.
