Job Summary

• This role supports Northern Trust’s Securities Lending Trading team by helping optimize portfolio revenue through effective trade execution, borrower engagement, and risk management.
• The position partners closely with global trading desks, operations, and support teams to price transactions, monitor the trading book, and ensure compliance with client, bank, and regulatory requirements.

Base: $73,500 - 117,700 USD; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus program may include an equity component; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package
