Background in managerial or leadership support
Prior EAP or workplace counselling experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Coaching, Counselling, HR or related field
Certification with recognised coaching body (e.g., ICF, ACA, PACFA coaching track)
1–3 years coaching experience in wellbeing or leadership
Master’s in Counselling, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work
Active membership/registration (NZAC preferred)
1–3 years supervised counselling experience
Master’s in Clinical Psychology from APAC-accredited program
Registration with Psychologists Board of New Zealand with valid APC
1–3 years supervised clinical practice
Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology preferred or in progress
