Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human factors or related discipline
Human Factors professional certification
15+ years of delivering Human Factors work packages
2+ years experience in Railway projects
Experience applying Human Factors Integration (HFI) processes
Knowledge of Canadian and international human factors standards
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and client-facing skills
