Must-have
5 years Lead DCS Operations Experience
SMR based Hydrogen plant operation
Yokogawa Centum VP or Siemens PCS 7 proficiency
Steam Methane Reformer process knowledge
Safety Instrumented System monitoring
Emergency operating procedures execution
Nice-to-have
Root cause analysis capabilities
Customer communication at board level
Process optimization and de-bottlenecking
Shutdown planning and turnaround support
Team coaching and motivation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations preferred
Minimum 10 years experience with 5 years as Lead DCS Operator
Associate Technical Degree considered based on experience and competence
Proficiency in English speaking and writing required
