Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil or infrastructure projects
At least 3 years in Design-Build or P3 environments
Experience supporting large-scale DOT or federally funded transportation projects preferred
Strong knowledge of GDOT specifications, DB contract execution, and AASHTO/FHWA standards
Familiarity with project management and construction software (Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS)
