Primary Location Base Pay Range: $140,300 USD - $210,500 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, annual stock grants

• 4+ years in Talent development, Learning, or Recruiting (P4)
• 8+ years in Talent development, Learning, or Recruiting (P5)
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to travel 50% or more
