Job Summary
Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of UOB Vietnam's credit and debit card products, with a particular emphasis on outsourced components.
Monitor and analyze card portfolio performance metrics, including acquisition, activation, usage, retention, and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Risk, IT) to launch new card products, enhance existing features, and optimize customer journeys.
