Job Summary

  • The Head Coach is responsible for organizing and managing the intercollegiate women’s golf team, including conducting practices, identifying and recruiting qualified student-athletes, developing competitive schedules, coordinating team travel, overseeing the program budget, and ensuring compliance with all NCAA, WIAC, and institutional rules and regulations.
  • The Athletics and Recreation department is dedicated to graduating champions—in the classroom, in the community, and in competition—by fostering a culture where people come first, providing a safe space for meaningful conversations, equipping and empowering students and staff through leadership development, and building trust through communication, empathy, and follow-through.
  • This part-time position offers a wage of $10,000, with a schedule to be determined in consultation with the supervisor. This position is not benefits-eligible.
