Job Summary
The Head Coach is responsible for organizing and managing the intercollegiate women’s golf team, including conducting practices, identifying and recruiting qualified student-athletes, developing competitive schedules, coordinating team travel, overseeing the program budget, and ensuring compliance with all NCAA, WIAC, and institutional rules and regulations.
The Athletics and Recreation department is dedicated to graduating champions—in the classroom, in the community, and in competition—by fostering a culture where people come first, providing a safe space for meaningful conversations, equipping and empowering students and staff through leadership development, and building trust through communication, empathy, and follow-through.
This part-time position offers a wage of $10,000, with a schedule to be determined in consultation with the supervisor. This position is not benefits-eligible.
