Job Summary
The Specialist, GCS delivers global centralised services across drug projects and other activities to enable delivery of Clinical Development programs to time, cost, and quality standards.
They serve as co-Project Manager for eCOA and DPS maintenance and closure, managing timelines, risks, UAT, and stakeholder updates using project tracking tools.
The role involves supporting lifecycle management of processes, systems, and training materials, conducting trainings, facilitating knowledge sharing, and participating in continuous improvement projects.
