Must-have

  • 3 years manufacturing experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • GMP and FDA regulatory compliance
  • Lean Six Sigma and WCM methods
  • Lockout Tagout safety programs
  • Penicillin and Cephalosporin allergy restriction

Nice-to-have

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Project management capabilities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
