Job Summary
Develop, enhance, and manage AIA’s Health & Wellness ecosystem targeted at High Net Worth (HNW) customers, designing differentiated health services and curating premium health partner networks.
Oversee the Case Management team, ensuring best-in-class underwriting, clinical and professional service guidance, seamless care navigation, and exceptional service delivery for HNW customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Distribution, Customer Experience, Proposition, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver high impact health services and drive ecosystem enhancements through analysis of customer needs and trends.
