Job Summary
The role is responsible for driving end-to-end financial planning and analysis for cost performance across the Business Unit.
Candidates will build spreadsheet models by consolidating data from plant finance teams, logistics finance, and FP&A to ensure accurate month-end reporting.
The position requires partnering with Plant Controllers to strengthen costing governance and ensuring product costs are accurately reflected in the P&L.

Rolling forecast and annual budget preparation
Supply Chain FP&A experience required
Nice-to-have
Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations
Experience with external manufacturing partners
Ability to drive productivity and efficiency initiatives
Collaboration with Central FP&A teams
Key Requirements
CA or MBA Finance qualification required
Experience in Cost FP&A, Plant Finance, or Supply Chain FP&A
Knowledge of material consumption and manufacturing cost structures
