Job Summary

  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to members of the Production, with the goal of achieving departmental objectives while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • This position is "hands-on" in a fast-paced and physically demanding production environment, supporting the value stream by building respect for team members and putting their improvement ideas to work.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing the Plant Safety Policy and state and federal Safety and Health regulations.
