Job Summary
This role oversees the ship training function and conducts essential courses such as Company Orientation, Ship Familiarization, and Management Training.
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining accurate training records in the company system of records (MAPS) and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Candidates must be able to train between 900 to 1600 active crew members while working on a rotational basis both onboard and at pre-deployment centers.
