Job Summary
This role will help fulfill Skylo's mission of making satellite connectivity available to all by planning, designing, and evolving Skylo's satellite communication network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include performing satellite beam and RF planning, leading Earth Station and Core network planning, and developing network performance and optimisation guidelines for Non-Terrestrial networks.

Key Requirements
Experience in network design and planning
Experience with Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN)
Traffic forecasting and resource planning ability
Defining KPI frameworks, baselines, and thresholds
Strong background in telecom standards
Experience with EPC Core and 5G Core
Experience with Cloud technologies (VMs, Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of 3GPP RRC & NAS procedures
Understanding of end-to-end LTE and 5G call flows
Understanding of inbound and outbound roaming architectures
Previous experience managing or mentoring engineers
