Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Mathematics
  • 4+ years experience in lean manufacturing
  • Factory operations and capacity planning expertise
  • Cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice-to-have

  • Python and SQL programming knowledge
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite tools
  • Background in automated manufacturing or semiconductor FAB
  • Ability to drive preventative solutions
