Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing technical support to sales representatives and customers, communicating our connected medical devices and software and their IT specs.
You will lead complex customer technical engagements during the sales cycle, providing rapid, knowledgeable guidance and demonstrating advanced problem-solving ability and deep product expertise.
