KONE Elevators is seeking a Manager for NBS Sales in Ranchi, India, who will lead a sales team to meet customer relationship and sales targets within the elevator and escalator industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering or MBA background with at least 14-15 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the same industry

Job Summary

  • Sets short-term and long-term sales and customer relationships targets aligned with the unit’s overall sales targets.
  • Accountable for developing KONE’s position and customer base in the market and drives proactive engagement and solution selling with different customer segments showing value over the lifecycle.
  • Leads the sales team to be proactive with customers, to use KONE solution selling methodology and to communicate the value of KONE solutions to customers’ own performance.
