Job Summary

  • As Legal Counsel – Corporate, you will provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including complex cross-border reorganisations, legal entity rationalisations, capital reductions, financings, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions, primarily across the UK and EMEA.
  • You will support the Global Corporate Legal team, work closely with the EMEA Company Secretarial Team, and collaborate with business functions to shape transactions from the outset, applying critical thinking to identify risks and opportunities early.
  • Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documentation, managing external counsel, and ensuring the smooth execution of corporate transactions and related activities.

  • 3 years’ post-qualification experience

  • Proven ability to manage concurrent corporate transactions efficiently
  • Track record of handling multi-jurisdictional transactions
  • Familiarity with reorganisations, legal entity rationalisation and intragroup financing
